1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vaayum website (the "Site"), the umbrella / marketing site for the Vaayum Group brand. By accessing or using the Site in any way — whether by browsing or otherwise interacting with its content — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About this site

The Site is an informational marketing site only. Vaayum is a shared brand and umbrella identity — not a registered legal entity — and the Site makes no company-registration, product-sale, or contractual offering of its own. It introduces Vaayum, describes the two businesses, and points you to their independent sites.

3. The operating companies

Two independent private limited companies operate under the Vaayum name. Each is a separate legal entity, responsible for its own site, products, communications, and terms:

The "Vaayum" name and mark, the "Vaayum Energy" and"Vaayum Tech" names, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Vaayum or the relevant operating company. You may not use them without prior written consent.

No content on the Site may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or modified in any form or by any means without prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site is permitted.

6. No warranties

The Site and all content available through it are provided on an"as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
